7-Up Salad
Ingredients
2 Small Packages of Lemon Jello
2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Cups 7-Up
1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
3 Bananas
(1) 16-oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
Topping Ingredients
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
½ Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Cool Whip
Directions
① Dissolve Jello In boiling water
② Stir in 7-Up
③ Chill until partially set then add drained, crushed pineapple (retain juice for topping)
④ Add miniature marshmallows and 3 sliced bananas
⑤ Return to refrigerator and let set
⑥ After the jello has set, prepare the topping
⑦ Mix together flour, sugar, pineapple juice, and beaten egg
⑧ Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken
⑨ Add margarine
⑩ Let cool, then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip
⑪ Refrigerate
