7-Up Salad

Ingredients


2 Small Packages of Lemon Jello
2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Cups 7-Up
1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
3 Bananas
(1) 16-oz. Can Crushed Pineapple

Topping Ingredients


1 Cup Pineapple Juice
½ Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Cool Whip

Directions


Dissolve Jello In boiling water
Stir in 7-Up
Chill until partially set then add drained, crushed pineapple (retain juice for topping)
Add miniature marshmallows and 3 sliced bananas
Return to refrigerator and let set

After the jello has set, prepare the topping
Mix together flour, sugar, pineapple juice, and beaten egg
Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken
Add margarine
Let cool, then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip
Refrigerate
