Apple Pudding Cake
Ingredients
½ Cup Margarine
1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2½ Cups Chopped Apples
¾ Cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
Directions
① Cream margarine and sugar together very thoroughly.
② Add egg and beat well.
③ Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
④ Stir the sifted, dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
⑤ Blend in apples and nuts.
⑥ Pour into greased baking dish.
⑦ Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
⑧ Serve with a dab of whipped topping, a sauce, or ice cream. Delicious served warm.
