Broccoli Rice Casserole
Ingredients
½ Cup Margarine
(1) 10-oz. Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Medium Onion Chopped
(1) 10-oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
½ Cup Cheez Whiz
½ Cup Milk
1½ Cups Quick Cooking Rice (Prepared as Instructed on Box)
Directions
① In a 10 inch skillet, melt margarine on low heat setting.
② Add broccoli and onion.
③ Sauté on medium heat, covered, until onion and broccoli are transparent and broccoli is thawed.
④ Add soup, cheez whiz, and milk; blend well and remove from heat.
⑤ Cook rice according to package directions; drain and add to broccoli mixture.
⑥ Pour into a buttered 2½ quart casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350°.
