Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients


½ Cup Margarine
(1) 10-oz. Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Medium Onion Chopped
(1) 10-oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
½ Cup Cheez Whiz
½ Cup Milk
1½ Cups Quick Cooking Rice (Prepared as Instructed on Box)

Directions


In a 10 inch skillet, melt margarine on low heat setting.
Add broccoli and onion.
Sauté on medium heat, covered, until onion and broccoli are transparent and broccoli is thawed.
Add soup, cheez whiz, and milk; blend well and remove from heat.
Cook rice according to package directions; drain and add to broccoli mixture.
Pour into a buttered 2½ quart casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350°.
