Chunky Chili
Ingredients
1½ lbs. Stew Meat or Roast (cubed)
14-oz Package Polish Sausage (sliced in pieces)
¾ lbs. Ground Beef
1½ Large Green Peppers (cubed)
1 Large Red Onion (sliced)
2 Large Cans (28-oz.) of Un-drained Tomatoes
1½ Cups Tomato Juice
3 Cans (15-oz.) Pinto Beans, drained
2 Cans (6-oz.) Tomato Paste
1 Large Packet (seasons 4 lbs. meat) Williams Chili Seasoning
1½ teaspoons Salt
Pepper (to taste)
Directions
① Boil stew meat in water until tender, drain and set aside.
② Brown ground beef and sausage, drain and set aside.
③ Sauté onions and green peppers until small amount of vegetable oil until tender, drain.
④ In large pot, combine, all meat, onions and peppers, add all other ingredients.
⑤ Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
