Chunky Chili

Ingredients


1½ lbs. Stew Meat or Roast (cubed)
14-oz Package Polish Sausage (sliced in pieces)
¾ lbs. Ground Beef
1½ Large Green Peppers (cubed)
1 Large Red Onion (sliced)
2 Large Cans (28-oz.) of Un-drained Tomatoes
1½ Cups Tomato Juice
3 Cans (15-oz.) Pinto Beans, drained
2 Cans (6-oz.) Tomato Paste
1 Large Packet (seasons 4 lbs. meat) Williams Chili Seasoning
1½ teaspoons Salt
Pepper (to taste)

Directions


Boil stew meat in water until tender, drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef and sausage, drain and set aside.
Sauté onions and green peppers until small amount of vegetable oil until tender, drain.
In large pot, combine, all meat, onions and peppers, add all other ingredients.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
