Chunky Fruit Salad

Ingredients


1 Small Box Jello Instant Pudding Mix
3 Tablespoons Jello Gelatin or 3 Tablespoons Tang (I usually use apricot or peach)
1 Can Chunky Mixed Fruit (drained)
(1) 15¼-oz. Can Chunk Pineapple (Save Juice)
1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges (cut in half)
3 Large Bananas
Also can add a few fresh grapes & firm strawberries

Directions


Mix pudding and Jello gelatin or Tang together in large mixing bowl.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice, and measure to make 1 cup. If pineapple did not have enough juice, finish with juice from drained mandarin oranges.
Add juice to pudding and Jello mixture.
Beat with rotary beater until it thickens (about a minute or two).
Add drained mixed fruit, pineapple, and oranges.
Cut bananas into 1-inch chunks and add to other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
