Enchilladas

Ingredients


Flour Tortillas
Cheddar Cheese
Onion, Chopped (if desired)
8-oz. Tomato Sauce
1 Package Enchilada Seasoning
1 Can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
2 lbs. Ground Chuck

Directions


Brown the beef, drain and add enchilada seasoning, (follow package directions to add water), and tomato paste.
Cook tortillas in about ¼ inch of shortening and small amount of enchilada sauce (about 2 Tablespoons) about 45 seconds on each side.
Add shortening and enchilada sauce as needed.
Fill tortillas with meat, onion, and cheese.
Cover with cheese and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
