Favorite Hame and Potato Bake

Ingredients


6 Potatoes, diced
1 Small Onion, diced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Milk
Dash of Pepper
1 - 1½ Cups Diced Cooked Ham
1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tablespoon Margarine or Butter
¾ Cup Velveeta Cheese, chunked

Directions


Cook the potatoes, onion, and salt in saucepan of water until tender.
Drain.
Combine soup, milk, and pepper.
In buttered 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of potatoes and onion, ham, cheese chunks, and soup sauce. Dot with butter. Cover.
Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour. Uncover the last 15 minutes.
