Glazed Pecans

Ingredients


1 Egg White
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Cup White Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 lb. Whole Pecans

Directions


Beat the egg white until frothy with an electric beater.
Add the water and beat again until frothy.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the egg mixture and mix.
Add the pecans and stir until they are well coated.
Place the mixture in a flat pan that has been coated with Pam.
Bake in a 300° oven for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and stir well.
Bake another 15 minutes.
