Glazed Pecans
Ingredients
1 Egg White
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Cup White Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 lb. Whole Pecans
Directions
① Beat the egg white until frothy with an electric beater.
② Add the water and beat again until frothy.
③ Add the rest of the ingredients to the egg mixture and mix.
④ Add the pecans and stir until they are well coated.
⑤ Place the mixture in a flat pan that has been coated with Pam.
⑥ Bake in a 300° oven for 15 minutes.
⑦ Take out of the oven and stir well.
⑧ Bake another 15 minutes.
