Grits N' Cheese Casserole

Ingredients


¾Cup Uncooked Regular Grits
3½ Cups Milk
½ Cup Margarine
½ teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
5-oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Can Green Chili Peppers (chopped)

Directions


Bring milk to a boil; add grits.
Reduce heat and cook until thick (approximately 10 minutes,) stirring often.
Stir in the margarine, salt, green peppers, and cheeses.
Remove from heat and pour into a one quart lightly-greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
