Nutty Oriental Slaw
Kathy's Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. Bag Slaw
1½ Cup Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Chopped Scallion Onions
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Sliced Toasted Almonds (bake at 375° for 6 minutes)
1 Package Oriental Ramen Noodles (crushed)
Dressing Ingredients
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Package Oriental Seasoning Packet (from noodles)
Directions
① Rinse slaw and mix with onions.
② Crush the noodles and add to slaw mix.
③ Add toasted almonds and sunflower seeds.
④ Mix ingredients for dressing together in a separate bowl.
⑤ Toss with salad and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
