Nutty Oriental Slaw

Kathy's Recipe

Ingredients


1 lb. Bag Slaw
1½ Cup Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Chopped Scallion Onions
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Sliced Toasted Almonds (bake at 375° for 6 minutes)
1 Package Oriental Ramen Noodles (crushed)

Dressing Ingredients


½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Package Oriental Seasoning Packet (from noodles)

Directions


Rinse slaw and mix with onions.
Crush the noodles and add to slaw mix.
Add toasted almonds and sunflower seeds.
Mix ingredients for dressing together in a separate bowl.
Toss with salad and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
