Oink Cornbread

1½ Sticks Margarine

2 Boxes Cornbread Muffin Mix (Jiffy)

1 Large Onion Chopped

1 Small Box Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Cooked and Drained)

2 Cups Cooked Ham, Diced

4 Eggs

8-oz. Cottage Cheese

8-oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Grated

① Melt margarine in 9"×13" pan.

② In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.

③ Pour mixture over melted margarine and bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes.
