Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

Ingredients


½ Cup Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 Eggs Beaten
⅔ Cup Butter, Melted

Directions


Mix together flour, brown sugar, and pecans. Set aside.
Blend together eggs and butter.
Pour butter mixture over flour mixture and stir just until mixed.
Fill mini-muffin pans ⅔ full. Be careful to grease pans well (I use Pam and flour).
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Remove from pan shortly.
Makes 2½ dozen mini-muffins
