Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

½ Cup Flour

1 Cup Brown Sugar Packed

1 Cup Chopped Pecans

2 Eggs Beaten

⅔ Cup Butter, Melted

① Mix together flour, brown sugar, and pecans. Set aside.

② Blend together eggs and butter.

③ Pour butter mixture over flour mixture and stir just until mixed.

④ Fill mini-muffin pans ⅔ full. Be careful to grease pans well (I use Pam and flour).

⑤ Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

⑥ Remove from pan shortly.

Makes 2½ dozen mini-muffins
