Pumpkin Dump Cake
Ingredients
(1) 29-oz. (Large) Can Pumpkin
(1) 12-oz. Can Evaporated Milk
3 Large Eggs or 1 Large Egg and ½ Cup Egg Beaters
1 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
¾ Cup Melted Margarine
Directions
① Preheat oven to 350°.
② Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended.
③ Pour batter into a 9"×13" cake pan.
④ Sprinkle cake mix on top.
⑤ Cover with chopped pecans.
⑥ Pour melted margarine over top and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream
