Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Tender Quick
1 Cup Cold Water
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Liquid Smoke
2 Tablespoons Mustard Seeds
1 Tablespoon Course Ground Black Pepper
2 lbs. Hamburger Meat (Can mix with venison)
Directions
① Work all ingredients together with hands.
② Form into rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
③ Unwrap and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300°. Meat will still be red at the end of the hour but this does not mean it is not done.
