Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 Large Baking Potatoes
¼ Cup Spread Margarine
⅔ Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
① Cut the hot baked potatoes in half. Scoop out the insides; reserve the shells.
② In large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the potatoes and margarine until creamy.
③ Gradually beat in the milk; stir in onion, salt, and pepper.
④ Spoon the mixture into the reserved shells.
⑤ Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
⑥ Arrange in a baking dish.
⑦ Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
